This includes the opportunity for a one-time exchange for a different puppy of comparable value when available. Our goal is to ensure both you and your pup find the happiness you deserve.
Our Partial Refund Policy
If an exchange isn’t possible or right for your situation, we may offer a partial refund based on the individual circumstances. We approach every conversation with fairness, empathy, and a commitment to finding a dignified solution for everyone involved.
Our Forever Safety Net
This is our most important promise: No puppy from us will ever be unwanted or without a home. If at any point in your puppy’s life you can no longer care for them, for any reason, you must contact us. We will gladly welcome them back into our care. We will arrange for their safe return and ensure they are loved and cared for while we find them a new forever family. This is a lifetime commitment.
